How I Stumbled Onto This Powerful Sublingual Spray that Reduces Anxiety

I recently bought this sublingual sleep spray called “Sleep.”

I am always looking for better sleep using natural ingredients, and came across this sleep sublingual spray.

I was impressed that it contained GABA.

Not many products have GABA, only the usual suspects like Valerian and Chamomile.

If you don’t know GABA, it’s an awesome neurotransmitter that is involved in basically “moderating” communication between brain cells.

So, if you’re having an anxiety attack, GABA can basically slow down the hyperactivity between your anxious brain cells.

GABA also has a nice relaxing body high and can make you sleep hard after the “buzz” where’s off.

So, I was impressed that this sleep spray had GABA.

But, one day I was feeling rather anxious.

This is how I stumbled across the remedy for reducing anxiety. . .

I was really anxious, and it was cold outside so I didn’t want to jog it off.

I then looked down at my bedside and saw the sleep spray.

Wondering if I could calm myself down with just a couple pumps of sleep under my tongue, rather than the 6 pumps for sleep, I reached down and grabbed it.

I put 3 squirts under my tongue and let it sit there for 10 minutes.

Quickly thereafter, I felt calmer.

I didn’t need to go jog it off, or cry to my wife that i felt anxious.

The sleep spray worked for anxiety!

The Other Ingredients of Sleep Spray

Valerian – Valerian is a tall flowering plant that has a powerful calming effect. It’s so powerful that if you take too much, it can make you dizzy.

Many people use Valerian to kick sleeping pills and Valerian has been known to help ADHD, epilepsy, depression, and menopause. So, it’s powerful!

Melatonin – Melatonin is a hormone that is found in your Pineal gland. It is released when your brain believes it is time for sleep. Melatonin can help restore a healthy sleep cycle.

To Conclude: How to Reduce Anxiety Quickly and Naturally with Sublingual Spray

Living with Anxiety is very debilitating to say the least.

It can alter your life for the worse, and you start to schedule your activities around your anxiety.

It can become the master of you if you don’t kick its butt early on.

Sleep spray is great for reducing anxiety. I’m NOT claiming that it can HEAL your anxiety forever.

I use sleep spray for sleep normally.

I spray 4 to 5 pumps under my tongue before bed and it knocks me out.

Whenever I feel an anxiety attack coming on, I feel that 2 to 3 pumps of sleep can help.
